Pausing a Greenbox subscription

A Greenbox subscription can be paused for up to eight weeks per calendar year.
The eight weeks do not have to be taken together, and they reset on 1 January
rather than on the anniversary of signing up.

A pause must be requested at least 48 hours before the next delivery day.
Inside that window the packing list is already frozen, so the box still ships
and is charged as normal. The account page shows the exact time the next pause
deadline passes, counted from the delivery day rather than from the moment the
subscriber last logged in.

A pause is booked as a date range. Every delivery day that falls inside the
range is skipped, and the subscription resumes automatically on the first
delivery day after the range ends. A subscriber who wants to come back early
can end a pause from the account page, subject to the same 48-hour rule.

Referral credits and account credit do not expire while a subscription is
paused. A subscription paused for longer than eight weeks in a year is
suspended instead: the account stays open, no boxes ship, and the subscriber
can restart at any time from the account page.
