Fieldwork is the conference for software in the physical economy, three days in Perth in late spring, and for once every thread is in the same venue: a keynote about systems of care, a paved-roads talk from inside the giant, an investor working the hallway track with a folder, and a park owner heckling warmly from the owners' row.
